Donations
In able to keep Frames TCG running, we will need the members' help for being a part of this TCG by simply donating what we need; new decks to make. This will give the members the opportunity to donate illustrations that they want made into decks for future releases.
Below are the guidelines for deck donations as well as the monthly limit in addition to the rewards the members will receive for each. To make or to send in a donation, simply head on over to the Donations page from your member panel. Please take note that before donating any deck, you must first claim them and be approved.
- Make sure that the images you're going to donate are 1) legitimate or official illustrations and/or images and is not AI.
- Donated images must be high quality and unedited so that pixelated or discoloration on the images won't be noticeable. Kindly avoid donating images larger than 3000x3000 pixels. If you have to, please crop or resize them.
- We have two template orientations, so donating either a horizontal or vertical image is acceptable.
General Rules
- All decks must be composed of real images/illustrations from any category-related subject you are going to donate. Do take note that signed artworks like Marvel's are considered official as long as it can be seen as official merchandise (like prints) and the likes.
- Please make sure to check the Deck Claims as well as the Deck Donations first before making any deck claims and/or donations so that whatever you want to donate is still free for you to claim.
- When donating an image/illustration, please use any of the following: 1) the official link, 2) Google Drive link, or 3) an image hosting site that doesn't break the original image's quality. This is to avoid expiration of links in case donations aren't made as quickly as possible.
Donation Limits
- Throughout the entire run of the TCG past the prejoin period, each member is allowed to claim a minimum of 10 decks and maximum of 20 decks only per month, with additional rules as follows:
- In each batch of claims, members are limited to claim 4 from the same category (e.g. four from Anime, another four from Cartoons, and/or another 2s from other categories).
- Members will be rewarded with each donations according to the on-site donation guidelines and they will be allowed to take 1 choice card from all the decks they have donated when they are released.
- Any decks that were claimed during a specific month but weren't donated until the month ended will be removed from the deck claims list and will be available for others to grab. If you are the one who claimed a deck but wasn't able to donate the deck before the month ends, you may still claim and donate the deck again by the following month as long as it hasn't been claimed by others.
How to Donate
- You must claim a deck first BEFORE you can donate them. This is to make sure that there will be no overlaps with claims by others and that the limits are being followed.
- To claim a deck, go to your member panel then fill up the Deck Claims form. Once you have gathered the desired image or illustration for your claimed deck, you can then proceed to submit a Deck Donations form. You will automatically receive your deck donation rewards after submitting the form.
- When claiming or donating a deck, make sure to fill up the following information needed on the forms correctly. A placeholder has been included to give you an idea of each required fields.
