Trading System
Trading has always been at the heart of Frames TCG's card game experience. Beyond helping you expand and complete your collecting decks, trading also opens the door to earning rewards through our trading reward system. While every trading card game handles exchanges differently, Frames TCG keeps things simple, fair, and rewarding.
All trades follow a strict 1-for-1 system. This means that if you want five cards from another player, you must send them five cards they are currently collecting or keeping. No player may receive extra cards or bonuses outside this equal exchange.
Earning Trade Points
Each time you trade a card, you earn 1 trade point—as long as the card has a worth of 1. Cards with a worth of 0 do not give any points, with the exception of Member Cards, which always count for 1 trade point each despite their 0 worth.
Trade points are based purely on the number of cards you trade away, not the card's rarity, value, or the number of players involved. Once you've accumulated 20 trade points, you'll complete a set of traded cards, which can then be exchanged for rewards. Turning in one set of traded cards grants you 2 random cards and 5 films.
When you're ready to redeem your rewards, you can do so instantly on-site through your member panel. Players no longer have to wait for manual approvals—the reward system is fully automated and directly linked to your submitted trading progress.
Adding Trade Logs
Before you can redeem rewards, your trades must first be recorded through the Trading Rewards service. Each completed trade should be added individually by filling out the required form. The form automatically converts your traded cards into trade points, which are then added to the total of your redeemable points.
If it's your first time adding trades, the form will appear automatically. For returning players, it only appears when your trade point count is below 20. Always remember to check your on-site trading logs to confirm that your trades have been submitted correctly. If you spot an error, please report it on our #error-report channel so the team can fix it promptly.
Redeeming Your Trade Points
Once you've reached at least 20 trade points, a new form will appear that allows you to redeem your rewards. The system automatically detects how many set of traded cards you can redeem at that time and fills it in for you. Simply click “Redeem rewards!”, and your earned cards and films will be sent directly to your Rewards Page, ready to be claimed.
Do note that this process is automated—if you have, for example, 40 trade points, the system will automatically redeem 2 sets for you. You cannot choose to redeem only one at that moment. However, if you prefer to keep trading and don't want to claim your rewards yet, just click Add more logs? button to return to the trade submission form and continue adding your trades.
